Drip drop

It's that time of year in Hong Kong. Clouds have settled over the city, causing a dismal rain that is not going away. Throw in stagnant humidity and thick fog, and you have yourself monsoon season. With all the dismal April weather you might be down in the pits but... have no fear, because Burberry is here! The luxury brand recently released their April Shower collection which definitely cheered me right up. The collection includes everything from rain boots to trenches, bags to umbrellas, reiterating colors of red, green, yellow, and purple.

I have never been a big fan of Burberry's bags, but the trenches and rain boots are to die for. Check out the video below promoting the collection. The video made my day. Hope it makes yours as well.

How is the weather treating you? What do you think of the collection?

Jackie Kennedy: A True Style Icon

As an American living in Hong Kong, with a immense interest in everything fashion, I feel it's only appropriate to make a tribute to one of the world's most influential fashion icons. Impacting the world of fashion with her glamorous, dignified and chic style, Jackie Kennedy has forever left her mark. Her elegance and poise, which was not only channeled through political work, is evident in everything the former First Lady touched, as well as, wore. At the peak of her success, her bold fashion statements made lasting impressions that have transcended into modern fashion. Kennedy's knack for creativing gorgeous ensembles by fashion legends such as Chanel, Dior, and Givenchy has only further elevated her iconic style. Jackie Kennedy will forever remain a fashion symbol for women all over the world.
Wearing her infamous over-sized sunglasses in the 60's, Jackie Kennedy was able to transcend the trend into a staple fashion accessory in any women's closet
